There was a room for our family: 2 adults and 3 kids. Good breakfast whith free fresh orange juice! Comfortable for tennis players, for children.
The hotel is far from centre and in the bad wheather it's not convenient.

It's a calm place
Reception was not very effective, most of the staff did not speak English. To be a 5 * rooms need renovation.

The hotel is in a very pleasant location and on a fantastic beach. There is easy public transport to the centre of Alicante (Bus N° 22 and Tram L4) . The restaurant of the hotel is of excellent quality. Breakfast was very good in a very pleasant dining room. The service in general is indeed 5 stars. The sea view from the balcony is very nice. Access to Internet via a computer next to the reception desk was free of charge. .
The size of the rooms is reasonable but they are not very big. On the other hand the space of the "family room" (in our case 2 interconnecting rooms) was fine. The indoors pool is located in nice warm room but the water was cold (circa 20 C°). I consider this very strange. There are no hairdryers in the dressing rooms next to the pool. The outdoors pool and the room with the "fitness" machines are small considering the size of the hotel.

The beaches were fantastic, the weather was great and the location was spot on. Great place for a family.
The food was very expensive and not very good at all. I am surprised that anyone can charge 20+ Euros for a main meal that has a worse standard than what you would expect in a 3 star hotel.
